fixed. ok, here's the issue.
you uploaded two .mp4 files, but they aren't "web friendly" -- they have DivX video encoding instead of the preferred h.264 encoding or a few other possibilities like h.263 or flash video (flv).

so I renamed your two .mp4 files to have suffixes with ".mpeg4" and
then re-derived your item to make new .mp4 files (using h.264 + aac)
from the .mpeg4 files.

sample probe below.

# Input #0, avi, from '/var/tmp/autoclean/derive/CathedralsEtFleurDiLisRobbieBasho/CathedralsEtFleurDiLisRobbieBasho.mpeg4':
# Duration: 883:30:28.91, start: 0.000000, bitrate: 0 kb/s
# Stream #0:0: Video: mpeg4 (Simple Profile) (DIVX / 0x58564944), yuv420p, 534x364 [SAR 8:9 DAR 356:273], 29.97 fps, 29.97 tbr, 29.97 tbn, 30k tbc
# Stream #0:1: Audio: aac ([255][0][0][0] / 0x00FF), 48000 Hz, stereo, fltp, 128 kb/s

I am experiencing the same thing with the three films I just uploaded.

Tracey Pooh, please forgive me—I’m not very tech/computer savvy; on what screen and how do I do the MPEG4 re-naming that you describe, so that I can fix my movies?
